The first reply can be slow

After a quiet period, the model needs a few minutes to get ready. You'll see a message while that happens, then things move normally.

Heavy and vision take longer

They do more work per answer. If you need speed, Fast is right there in the same thread.

Pro has ceilings, not infinity

Every plan has a daily cap, listed below. We're not going to promise unlimited and then quietly throttle you.

Questions people actually ask

Why is the first answer sometimes slow?

When nobody has used Seraph for a while, the model has to get ready again, which can take a few minutes. The interface tells you it's preparing. Once it's warm, replies come at normal speed.

Can I cancel on my own?

Yes. Pro opens a billing portal from the account panel where you can cancel or change your card without contacting anyone. When the subscription ends, your account returns to the Free limits and your sessions stay.

I'm not in Brazil. Can I subscribe?

Yes. The price is set in Brazilian reais and checkout accepts international cards. Where Stripe supports it, you'll be shown and charged in your local currency instead.

What exactly counts against my daily limit?

Each message you send counts once. Heavy replies also count against a separate, smaller Heavy allowance, and exports have their own daily count. All three reset every day.

What happens to what I write?

Your sessions belong to your account and are used to run the requests you make. We don't sell personal data. The details are in the privacy page linked below.

Do I need a card to try it?

No. Create an account, confirm your email and you're on the Free plan with 20 messages a day. A card is only needed if you decide to go Pro.
